These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the hire of vehicles from ARS Prestige ("we", "us", "our"), a luxury car hire company registered in England and Wales and operating from 6th Floor, First Central 200, 2 Lakeside Drive, Park Royal, London, NW10 7FQ. By making a booking with us, you ("the Hirer") agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and must be confirmed in writing by ARS Prestige. A booking is not confirmed until you have received written confirmation from us and the required deposit has been received.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion. All information provided during the booking process must be accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Booking amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Any changes to a confirmed booking must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled collection time.
Full payment for the rental period is required prior to vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, debit card, and credit card payments.
A refundable security deposit is required for all hires. The deposit amount varies by vehicle and will be confirmed at the time of booking. The deposit will be held as a pre-authorisation on your credit or debit card, or as a bank transfer.
The security deposit will be returned within 14 working days of the vehicle being returned in satisfactory condition, subject to any deductions for damage, excess mileage, fuel, fines, or other charges incurred during the hire period.
A separate damage deposit may be required for certain high-value vehicles. This amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking and is fully refundable provided the vehicle is returned without damage.
The minimum age to hire a vehicle from ARS Prestige is 25 years. All drivers must hold a full, valid UK or EU driving licence that has been held for a minimum of 3 years. Additional restrictions may apply to certain vehicle categories.
International driving licences are accepted alongside a valid passport, provided the licence is accompanied by an International Driving Permit (IDP) where required by law. All documentation must be presented at the time of vehicle collection.
All vehicles are comprehensively insured for the duration of the hire period. The insurance policy is subject to the terms and conditions of our insurer, and the Hirer is responsible for paying any excess in the event of a claim.
The standard excess amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and varies by vehicle. Excess reduction options may be available for an additional daily charge.

The Hirer shall be liable for any loss, damage, or expense not covered by the insurance policy.
Vehicles hired from ARS Prestige are subject to the following conditions of use:
Any breach of these conditions may result in the immediate termination of the hire, forfeiture of all deposits, and the Hirer being held liable for any resulting costs or damages.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to Info@arsprestige.com. The following cancellation charges apply:
ARS Prestige reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, mechanical issues, or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or an alternative vehicle of equivalent or higher specification will be offered.
The Hirer is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as at the time of collection, subject to fair wear and tear. A detailed vehicle condition report will be completed at collection and return.
Any damage identified upon return that was not present at collection will be charged to the Hirer. Repair costs will be based on manufacturer-approved repair or replacement at the discretion of ARS Prestige.
In the event of an accident or incident, the Hirer must:
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel (or fully charged, for electric vehicles) and must be returned in the same state. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at collection, a refuelling charge will be applied at a rate above the prevailing pump price to cover the cost of refuelling and administration.
Only the correct fuel type, as specified by the manufacturer, may be used. The Hirer shall be liable for all costs arising from misfuelling, including recovery, repair, and any consequential losses.
Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation, each hire includes a reasonable daily mileage allowance. The standard allowance is confirmed at the time of booking and varies by vehicle.
Excess mileage will be charged at a per-mile rate as stated in your rental agreement. The Hirer is responsible for monitoring mileage during the hire period. ARS Prestige reserves the right to offer unlimited mileage packages for certain vehicles or hire durations.
The Hirer is responsible for all fines, penalties, congestion charges, parking tickets, toll charges, and any other charges incurred during the hire period. An administration fee of £50 will be applied for each fine or penalty notice processed by ARS Prestige.
ARS Prestige will provide details of the Hirer to the relevant authorities upon request in connection with any traffic offences committed during the hire period.
Vehicles must be returned by the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional daily hire charges. If a vehicle is more than 2 hours late without prior arrangement, a full additional day's hire charge will apply.
If a vehicle is not returned and no contact has been made with ARS Prestige, we reserve the right to report the vehicle as stolen to the police and take all necessary steps to recover the vehicle. All associated costs will be borne by the Hirer.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
ARS Prestige reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your hire.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
